It dries to a waterproof, flexible rubber, so it will repair waders and boots without breaking or cracking. Directions- Clean damaged area. Apply glue directly over the damage as a layer. In case of two components having come apart (such as loose soles), apply glue to both sides and keep pressed together until cured. Glue remains flexible when cured. Full cure takes 12 hours.
