Adopting a robust Steel frame, Duke differs from its full suspension siblings through its square geometry, almost resembling a crossbar, hardtail frame. The suspension mechanism itself operates through a hinged swingarm, thus not relying on clearance between the seat post and swing arm... meaning regardless of saddle height, you have full travel! Combined with its suspension forks up front, Duke is certainly equipped for an unknown detour. As for gearing, Dallingridge has used a broad Shimano 18-speed system with simplistic, beginner-friendly Revoshift twist-grip shifters. Combined with the V-Brakes on the front rear, you're in good hands on the way up, and indeed on the way down.
